SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fermented beverages technology. Described is a set of parts for in situ production of one portion of beer by adding liquid solvent (3), wherein kit comprises: (c) first chamber (1) containing concentrated beverage extracts, and (d) second chamber (2), separated from first chamber by fluid, containing ethanol with purity value, which is at least 80 vol %, characterized by that ethanol in the second chamber contains CO2 or N2 in the saturation concentration at temperature of 25 °C and at pressure of at least 2 bar. Invention also relates to a dispensing apparatus and a method of producing a fermented end beverage in situ using the above set of parts.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of standard doses for in situ creation and dispensing of a fermented beverage representing beer characterized by long storage life.
