SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for limiting the entry of unauthorised persons to the territory, and can be used in organising access control at enterprises and organisations in any branches of industry. The technical result of the claimed solution is achieved due to the fact that in the claimed solution a time stamp is included in the process of coding the application data, and the pass control module verifies compliance of the pass application data with the established rules and uniqueness thereof.
EFFECT: reducing errors in the pass control module of the automated pass control system, reducing unsanctioned pass registration by the pass registration module, reducing the risk of issuing a pass through the pass control module by persons without corresponding authorisation, reducing the resource capacity of the pass application database, reducing the risk of unsanctioned pass copying by the pass control module.
