FIELD: production of rectified edible alcohol.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes wort rectification in plant having heated columns equipped with dephlegmators and condensers: wort column, fractionating column, rectifying column and final cleaning column; method includes distillation of wort for obtaining wort distillate which is cleaned in fractionating column working in hydroselection mode with discharge of overhead and intermediate admixtures from its condenser for obtaining fractionation intermediate product which is cleaned in rectifying column together with discharge of fusel oil fractions, fusel alcohol and non-pasteurized alcohol taken from column for obtaining rectified ethyl alcohol which is cleaned in final cleaning column and final product is removed from the still of this column. Cleaning of wort distillate is carried out in fractionating column having the distillate section, boiling section and vertical sectionalized shell-and-tube apparatus with tubes for passage of cooling liquid; this apparatus is used for concentration of admixtures and condensation of vapor. For cleaning the fractionation intermediate product in rectifying column, additional cleaning from organic acids and other tailings is carried out in stripping section of fractionating column. Organic acids and other tailings are discharged from still of fractionating column together with byproduct of rectification cleaning process; product is also cleaned from fusel oil components and other intermediate admixtures which are taken from vapor phase of plates in its center zone and are directed to fusel oil condenser. Fractionation intermediate product is reinforced with ethyl alcohol on lower plates of boiling section; fractionation intermediate product is taken from liquid phase of these plates and is fed to feed plate of rectifying column. Overhead and intermediate admixtures of ethyl alcohol are boiled-out from wort distillate in boiling section on plates of fractionating column and are directed with vapor from fractionating column via its dome tube to lower section of shell-and-tube apparatus; cooling liquid is fed to tubes of this apparatus. Fusel alcohol fraction from rectifying column and hydroselection water are introduced into upper section of apparatus. Fusel alcohol and hydroselection water are admitted to center section of inter-tube space of apparatus filled with heat-conducting checker through distributor mounted in it. Liquid cleaned admixtures is discharged from lower section of inter-tube space and is returned to upper plate of boiling section of fractionating column. Vapor enriched with admixtures is evacuated from upper section of inter-tube space and is fed to condenser from which fraction of overhead and intermediate admixtures is taken and is removed from wort rectification system.

EFFECT: improved quality of rectified alcohol; reduction of expenses for production of alcohol.
