FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a forming tool for producing parts of an aircraft engine. The forming tool for chemical infiltration of a fibrous billet in the vapor phase contains a structural chamber formed by supports, each of which contains a perforated zone. The supports contain a hollow zone on their inner side, which includes the perforated zone. The forming tool additionally contains the first and second functional elements of the mold, each of which is present, respectively, in the hollow zone of the supports. Each functional element of the mold contains the first side having a certain shape corresponding to a shape of the part being made, and the second side held opposite the inner side of the support and at a distance from it. Each functional element of the mold contains a set of perforation holes and has a number of perforation holes, a size of perforation holes, or geometry of perforation holes, different from the number, size, or geometry of perforation holes present on the opposite support. The device contains removable functional elements of the mold, the size, number and/or geometry of perforation holes of which can be selected depending on the characteristics of the reinforced or compacted fiber billet.
EFFECT: obtaining a tool and installation for chemical infiltration.
