FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil and gas production and the oil refining industry and can be used for processing and disposal of old oil sludge and contaminated land. The invention relates to a method for processing oil sludge by extracting hydrocarbons with a propane-butane fraction containing, weight percentage, 75 propane and 25 butane, in a supercritical fluid state at a temperature of 130°C and a pressure of 7-10 MPa, with the ratio of extractant : oil sludge 2-3:1 weight percentage, respectively, to obtain a mixture of hydrocarbons. The resulting mixture of hydrocarbons is divided into fractions in separators from 1 to η in the supercritical fluid state of the propane-butane fraction at a temperature of 150°C and a pressure in the first separator of 6.5 MPa, and in the n-m at a pressure of 4.5 MPa. After the η-th separator, the propane-butane fraction is regenerated and returned to the stage of extraction of hydrocarbons from the oil sludge. The invention also concerns options for the method for processing oil sludge.
EFFECT: simplification of the processing of oil sludge to obtain commercial products.
