FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system of an automatically operated vehicle intended for transporting, storing and taking inventory items from stacks, said vehicle and a method for operating an automatically operated vehicle. The vehicle (100) included in said system can move between the stacks and reach the inner side of the stack without turning. The vehicle (100) is equipped with an apparatus (130) for loading and unloading materials. The apparatus (130) for loading and unloading materials comprises an apparatus for moving the tray in the lateral direction, configured to move in the lateral direction, or to the right, or to the left. The movement of the apparatus for moving the tray in the lateral direction can be rotational or translational. The apparatus (130) for loading and unloading materials also comprises a retractable apparatus retracting or extending in the direction perpendicular to the lateral direction. The retractable apparatus allows the apparatus (130) for loading and unloading materials to extend into the stack to take or place an inventory item.
EFFECT: inventions provide a possibility of loading and unloading inventory items with displaced locations.
