SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preventing and treating snoring and obstructive apnoea syndrome and hypopnea detector. Device for reduction of snore and sleep apnea comprises upper and mandibular plastic tray with grinding surface biting pads for vertical opening of dentitions and retention elements on external surfaces of trays, with elastic coupling elements-thrust rods. On external surface of maxillary tray on both sides between fang and first premolar there are protrusions directed toward tray of lower dentition. Retention elements are made on external surface of projections of maxillary tray and external surface of mandibular tray between first and second molars.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure controlled extension and positioning of lower jaw for prevention or reduction of snore and sleeping apnoea with provision of comfort of use, easy adjustment, high physiological value, long service period of device.
