SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the treatment of comorbid patients with chronic cerebral ischemia and chronic heart failure. The method for treatment involves the administration of 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate to patients receiving basic therapy in the form of a solution for intravenous administration at a dose of 1000 mg intravenously drip once a day for 1 week, then orally at a dose of 250 mg 3 times a day for 12 weeks.
EFFECT: invention allows lengthening the periods of compensation and stabilization in the specified group of patients, is effective and safe.
