SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthodontics, and can be used in the orthodontic treatment of patients with a distal ratio of the dentition due to lower micro- or retrognathia. The patient is examined, the upper and lower third molars are removed, if any, microimplants are installed on the lower jaw in the retromolar space, elastic separation rings are installed, impressions are obtained from the upper and lower jaw, the constructive bite is determined for the subsequent manufacture of a functional non-removable telescopic apparatus in the laboratory, the device is packed and fixed in the oral cavity, buttons are fixed on the vestibular and lingual surface of the lower second molars and premolars, installation of elastic chains from buttons to microimplants buccally and lingually.

EFFECT: method provides the correction of the distal ratio of the dentition using a functional non-removable telescopic device, preventing the protrusion of the lower incisors.
