FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used for control of malfunctions in bearings of rotary equipment. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the system for operational monitoring of malfunctions in the bearings of the rotary equipment, recording acoustic emission signals received from the sensors installed on the bearing assembly contains an analog-to-digital converter for connecting to one of the acoustic emission sensors through a multiplexer, which periodically samples the acoustic emission sensors, non-volatile memory, as well as a microprocessor and a data transmission channel for synchronization with the integrated matrix of the equipment state, software-coupled with each other and implemented on a programmable logic integrated circuit, moreover, the microprocessor forms the envelope of the acoustic emission signal detected by the sensor, performs the Hartley transform, signal decomposition according to Hilbert and recording the duration, magnitude and number of peaks to identify cyclical patterns and determine the size and characteristics of defects in the bearing.
EFFECT: increased control productivity by faster and more efficient detection of acoustic emission signals from rotary equipment, including in non-stationary modes of operation, as well as expanded functionality in terms of detecting acoustic signals from particles of mechanical impurities and water emulsion contained in the lubrication of bearings of rotation or slip.
