SUBSTANCE: method for diagnosing breast cancer based on a group of long non-coding RNA genes by detecting methylation of marker genes is presented: HAND2-AS1, KCNK15-AS1 and PLUT. Excess methylation thresholds for any two of the three markers (HAND2-AS1, KCNK15-AS1, and PLUT) are significant; while the threshold values for genes are 9.29, 8.76 and 6.01, respectively.

EFFECT: method of invention allows to detect breast cancer with high specificity and sensitivity.
