FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to rhinosurgery, and concerns the reduction of intraoperative bleeding during endoscopic rhinosurgical interventions. To do this, before the operation, 4% lidocaine is inhaled intranasally, 1-2 ml in each nostril. Then, at the beginning of the main stage of the operation, lidocaine is bolus injected at a dose of 1-1.5 mg/kg for 2-3 minutes intravenously. Further, the administration is carried out in the micro-jet mode at a dosage of 2-5 mg/kg/h, taking into account the traumatic stages of the operation and the hemodynamic reactions of the patient.
EFFECT: effective reduction of bleeding to create the necessary level of visualization of the surgical field without exceeding the permissible parameters of the plasma concentration of lidocaine.
