SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for perioperative anesthesia during extensive surgical interventions on the organs of the pancreatoduodenal zone. For patients with contraindications to epidural analgesia and concomitant cardiovascular pathology, 15 minutes before the skin incision, a bolus of lidocaine is administered intravenously at the rate of 1.5 mg/kg of actual body weight, but not more than 100 mg. Next, a constant intravenous infusion is performed with a solution of lidocaine 0.5% through an infusion pump of 1.5 mg/kg/h of ideal body weight. In the postoperative period, continuous intravenous infusion of lidocaine at a dose of 1 mg/kg/h of ideal body weight, including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, is continued for 72 hours.

EFFECT: method provides improved immediate results of surgical treatment of patients with tumors of the pancreatoduodenal zone by improving the quality of perioperative analgesia with contraindications to epidural analgesia, reducing the need for opioid analgesics and reducing the risk of postoperative complications in radical surgical treatment, as well as the use of prolonged opioid-free analgesia in chronic pain syndrome.
