SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, clinical andrology, and can be used to predict the effectiveness of low-intensity laser therapy (LILT) for men autoimmune infertility. The method includes determining the progressive motility and concentration of spermatozoa according to the spermogram and the volume of the testicles according to the ultrasound of the scrotum organs. Then the value of the discriminant function is calculated by the formula F=0.027×SpMotPr+0.138×VolLT+0.880×volRT-0.015×SpConc-13.716, where F is the value of the discriminant function; spMotPr - progressive sperm motility (%); volLT is the volume of the left testicle (cm3); volRT is the volume of the right testicle (cm3); spConc - sperm concentration (mln/ml). With F<-0.774, then the effectiveness of low-intensity laser therapy is predicted, with F≥-0.774 - ineffectiveness.

EFFECT: invention allows predicting effectiveness of LILT in autoimmune infertility in men individually for each patient, based on spermogram and ultrasound (ultrasound) of the scrotal organs, which allows more careful selection of patients for this type of treatment, reducing the number of unnecessary procedures.
