in which M' is a combination of at least two mono-atomic cations of various alkali metals selected from Li, Na, K and Rb containing 0-98 mol. % of Na cation; M'' is trivalent mono-atomic cation of metal selected from Al, Ga, B or a combination of any of them with trivalent mono-atomic cation of a transition element of groups 3-10 of Periodic table of chemical elements of International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (hereinafter – IUPAC); M''' is mono-atomic cation of an element of group 14 of Periodic table of chemical elements of IUPAC or any combination thereof; X is anion of an element selected from S, Se, Te, F, Cl, Br and I, or any combination thereof; M'''' is doping cation of an element selected from rare-earth or transition metals of Periodic table of chemical elements of IUPAC, for example, Eu, Tb, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn, or any combination thereof, or M'''' is absent.
