FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in a heat transfer intensifying pipe for heat transfer by means of a fluid medium in cracking furnaces and atmospheric-vacuum heating furnaces. The heat transfer intensifying pipe (1) is comprised of a tubular pipe body (10) with an inlet (100) for introducing a fluid medium and an outlet (101) for discharging said fluid medium, wherein the inner wall of the pipe body (10) is provided with a rib (11) protruding in the direction towards the inside of the pipe body (10), the rib (11) spirally protrudes in the axial direction of the pipe body (10), wherein no less than one element of the heat insulator (14) and the heat insulating layer (17) is located outside of the pipe body (10).
EFFECT: thermal stress of a heat transfer intensifying pipe can be reduced, and operational life of the heat transfer intensifying pipe be increased as a result.
