FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat transfer by means of a fluid medium and discloses a heat transfer intensifying pipe and a cracking furnace and an atmospheric-vacuum heating furnace comprising said pipe. A heat transfer intensifying pipe (1) containing a tubular pipe body (10) with an inlet (100) for introducing a fluid medium and an outlet (101) for discharging said fluid medium, wherein the inner wall of the pipe body (10) is made with a rib (11) protruding in the direction towards the inside of the pipe body (10), connected to the wall by welding, the rib (11) spirally protrudes in the axial direction of the pipe body (10), wherein the height of the rib (11) gradually increases to reduce the stress of the rib (11) at the welding point during operation from one end over at least a part of the length of the rib.
EFFECT: reduced thermal stress at the welding point resulting in increased operational life of the heat transfer intensifying pipe.
