SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coke-preventing device and a method for its production and its use. The manufacturing method includes: bringing a gas with a low partial pressure of oxygen into contact with a reaction device to obtain an anti-coking device containing an oxide film on the inner surface; while the dew point of a gas with a low partial pressure of oxygen is in the range from -40°C to 40°C.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to suppress or slow down the process of catalytic coke formation, reduce the level of carburization of the device and extend the service life of the device due to the formation of a dense and stable oxide film on the inner surface of equipment manufactured by this method.
