The method of obtaining hyperimmune rabbit blood serum to Yersinia pseudotuberculosis dimethyl sulfoxide antigen consists in multiple immunization of the rabbit at least 5 times with a mixture of pseudotuberculosis microbe dimethyl sulfoxide antigen and hydroxyapatite, followed by taking blood from the immunized animal and separating serum from the immunized animal and separating immunization to a rabbit weighing 2-3 kg subcutaneously along the back at 4-5 points, 1 ml of a mixture of a solution of dimethyl sulfoxide antigen and 1% suspension of hydroxyapatite in a ratio of 1:1, in addition, a dose of dimethyl sulfoxide antigen Y. pseudotuberculosis for one immunization of a rabbit is 2 mg, the interval between subsequent immunizations is 2 weeks.

EFFECT: above method makes it possible to obtain hyperimmune rabbit blood serum with high content of specific antibodies to Y. pseudotuberculosis dimethyl sulfoxide antigen using HA as an adjuvant.
