FIELD: nanoelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanoelectronics and can be used to create integrated circuits for various purposes where the formation of unipolar rectangular signals is required for the operation of subsequent logic circuits with nanometer-sized elements. To achieve it, a nanoscale pulse generator is proposed, characterized by the presence of an odd number, but not less than three, superconducting nanowires connected to a voltage source, containing resistive sections and placed in space so that the resistive section of each previous nanowire is located near the section of the next nanowire that is heated by it, and the resistive the section of the last nanowire is located near the heated section of the first nanowire. The heated sections of superconducting nanowires are made narrowed.
EFFECT: creation of a nanoscale generator for digital devices with low power consumption, high speed and no galvanic coupling between the switched elements.
