FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: use to for the functional switchable electronic devices development for various purposes. Summary of invention is in the fact, that the superconductor in the electronic functional nano-sized devices from the superconducting state to the normal state transferring method is implemented by its local heating, for heating, using the fuel element in the form of superconducting nanowire that is not galvanically connected to the subjected to heating and located with the nanoscale gap near the superconductor heated segment with the current passing therethrough, exceeding the superconductor transition to the normal state current magnitude and ensuring the power release sufficient for the controlled nanowire heating and transfer to the normal state, at that, observing the condition that the passed through the superconductor being transferred to the normal state current value, does not exceed the current value of its return from the normal state to the superconducting one, determined by the superconductor voltage-current characteristic, obtained without the external influences on the superconductor.
EFFECT: enabling the possibility of the superconducting nanowires based high-density functional nanodevices development.
