FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in high-density functional elements based on superconducting nanowires. Substance of invention consists in fact that method of reducing critical current of transition of nanosized superconductor from superconducting state to normal consists in inclusion of sections of normal resistances into nano-sized superconductor.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption and heat release in electronic functional nano-sized devices with high density of elements.
