FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrometallurgical production of non-ferrous metals, namely to the production and extraction of high-pure lead products and high-pure tin products from a mixture containing mainly lead and tin. A soldering mixture is provided, containing at least 90 wt.% of lead and tin together, as well as at least 0.42 wt.% of antimony. The first distillation stage is carried out to obtain the first concentrated lead flow forming a base for obtainment of a soft lead product and the first bottoms product enriched with tin. At the second distillation stage, by evaporation, lead and antimony are mainly separated from a metal composition containing, per dry weight, 0.08-6.90 wt.% of Pb, 0.50-3.80 wt.% of Sb, 92.00-98.90 wt.% of Sn, ≥96.00 wt.% of Sn+Pb+Sb, 1-500 wt. ppm of Cu, ≤0.0500 wt.% of Ag, ≤0.40 wt.% of As, ≤0.1 wt.% of each of Al, Ni, Fe, Zn, and ≤0.1 wt.% of Cr+Mn+V+Ti+W. A distillate product in the form of the second concentrated lead product and the second bottoms product, which forms a base for obtainment of a tin product, are obtained. At the third distillation stage, a distillate product in the form of the third concentrated lead flow, which forms a base for obtainment of a solid lead product, and the third bottoms product are obtained.
EFFECT: method allows for the production of a solid lead product as the third main product together with a soft lead product and a tin product with minimal content of antimony.
