FIELD: pyrometallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of non-ferrous metals using pyrometallurgy, in particular to the production of copper, namely the joint production of copper metal melt and solder melt from low-quality raw materials. The composition of black copper containing at least 50 wt.% of copper together with at least 1.0 wt.% of tin and at least 1.0 wt.% of lead, partially oxidized, forming the first copper-rich metal phase as a copper metal melt and the first copper refining slag, and separate them from each other. Next, the first copper refining slag is partially reduced, forming the first metal composition based on lead-tin as a solder melt and the first waste slag, and the first waste slag is separated from the first metal composition based on lead-tin, which forms the basis for the first liquid bath. In this case, the total content of the furnace at the stage of partial reduction contains such an amount of copper that is at least 1.5 times greater than the sum of Sn and Pb present, and the first spent slag contains at most 20 wt.% of copper, tin and lead in aggregate.
EFFECT: complex processing of low-quality raw materials is provided.
