SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a bioactive coating for bone tissue repair. Bioactive coating for bone tissue recovery containing hydroxyapatite or fluorapatite with particle size of not more than 10 mcm and 5–10 wt% gelatin aqueous solution, taken in certain proportions.

EFFECT: above described coating of maximally close composition to bone tissue has high adhesion strength (tensile strength), low porosity, providing high microhardness on the surface of the implant or damaged tissue, with high biodegradation.
