FIELD: radio communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of establishing neighborly interconnections, implemented in a serving radio base station of a first radio access network that supports a wireless radio device. The technical result is to improve automatic establishing of interconnections between neighboring centers in a wireless radio communication system. A measurement message is received, and the measurement message is based on a reference signal received by a wireless radio device from a base radio station in an additional radio access network. An identification request is sent referring to the base radio station in the secondary radio access network to at least one adjacent base radio station relative to the serving base radio station. Neighborly interconnections are established using information regarding the identification of the base radio station in the additional radio access network, based on the identification information received as a response to an identification request from at least one neighboring base radio station.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve automatic establishing of interconnections between neighboring centers in a wireless radio communication system.
