SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to apparatuses for corpuscular radiation therapy. The apparatus is comprised of contains a couch, an irradiation head, a horizontal tomograph, a vertical tomograph, a storage and a supporting element. The couch is configured to move in the space of the procedure room for positioning the patient. The irradiation head is configured to release a particle beam in the procedure room, transported via a fixed beam transportation channel. The horizontal tomograph is equipped with a first X-ray radiation source and a first X-ray radiation detector, facing each other so that the couch in the horizontal direction is located between the first X-ray radiation source and the first X-ray radiation detector. The vertical tomograph is equipped with a second X-ray radiation source and a second X-ray radiation detector, facing each other so that the couch in the vertical direction is located between the second X-ray radiation source and the second X-ray radiation detector. The storage is located on the side of the floor of the procedure room and is intended for storing the first X-ray radiation detector under the floor when the horizontal tomograph is not in use. The supporting element is configured to be placed in the storage with the first X-ray radiation detector when the horizontal tomograph is not in use, and also configured to move the first X-ray radiation detector to a position above the floor and to retain the first X-ray radiation detector between the couch and the irradiation heads when the horizontal tomograph is in use.

EFFECT: improvement of working conditions of the medical personnel and efficiency of use of the working space in the procedure room are achieved.
