FIELD: image data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical image processing. Proposed is a radiation therapy system containing: a therapy apparatus containing a treatment table intended for securing the patient thereon, a therapeutic beam emission shutter configured to irradiate the patient with therapeutic beams, an irradiator configured to irradiate the target area of the body of the patient with a therapeutic beam, and an imaging apparatus, and a display apparatus. The system therein comprises a deviation detection apparatus, said deviation detection apparatus comprises: a treatment plan receiving module; a module for receiving an area of interest; wherein the module for receiving an area of interest is configured to receive a zone, wherein the deviation between the area of patient shown in the specified planned image and the area of the patient shown in the specified X-ray image is greater than a preset threshold value, as an area of interest; a module for calculating the degree of influence, coupled with the treatment plan receiving module and the module for receiving an area of interest and configured to calculate the degree of influence constituting the impact on the area of interest up to the range covered by the emission until the therapeutic beam that the patient is irradiated with reaches the target area subject to treatment in the body of the patient; a display controller coupled with each of the following mentioned components: the treatment plan receiving module, the module for calculating the degree of influence, the imaging module and the display apparatus, wherein the display controller is configured to form a displayed image wherein the pixels associated with the area of interest in the range of the path of irradiation with said therapeutic beam, from the pixels of said X-ray image, are isolated in accordance with the information on the degree of influence, and to output the data of the displayed image to said display apparatus.

EFFECT: invention ensures easy verification and confirmation of the position of the patient during the work for positioning the patient, subject to being performed prior to the start of radiation therapy.
