FIELD: treatment of gases.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of technology for purification of off-gases, particularly, to systems and methods for desulphurisation and dedusting of off-gases of coke furnaces. The system for desulphurisation and dedusting of off-gases of coke furnaces comprises a heat exchanger, a desulphurisation unit, a dedusting unit, a blower fan; the heat exchanger comprises a raw off-gas line and a purified off-gas line; the raw off-gas line, the desulphurisation unit and the dedusting unit are connected in series, the purified off-gas outlet of the dedusting unit is connected with the purified off-gas line inlet, and the purified off-gas line outlet is connected with the blower fan. The raw off-gases are heated in the heat exchanger due to the difference in the temperatures of the purified off-gases and the raw off-gases, the raw off-gases are then fed to the desulphurisation unit to execute the desulphurisation reaction, whereby the heat of the exiting purified off-gases is efficiently utilised and power is saved. Also proposed is a method for desulphurisation and dedusting of off-gases of coke furnaces.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides control of such characteristics of dedusted off-gases of coke furnaces as low temperature and instability of release, which causes the heat of emitted purified off-gases to be efficiently utilised, power saved and the problem of high power consumption at the desulphurisation stage due to low temperature of off-gases of coke furnaces solved, ensures efficient desulphurisation and dedusting process and low power consumption, and reduces emissions in the atmosphere.
