FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio measuring equipment and can be used for calibration of measuring instruments for complex transmission and reflection coefficients of apparatuses - vector network analysers (VNAs). The technical result is achieved by using a measure of wave resistance, as well as idle load, and a coordinated load with unknown values of the complex reflection coefficients, calculated after measurements conducted by the proposed method according to the found correlations between the measured parameters.
EFFECT: simplification, expansion of operational capabilities of the method and increase in the accuracy of calibration.
