FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for providing passenger transportation and cargo delivery for clients and service providers. Listing menu of the first search parameter and additional search parameters is transmitted via server to the client’s computer. The server receives from the client’s computer a service request containing landing location and search parameter data connected to data entered by client related to two or more search parameters. The server determines the location of one or more service providers for the service request in response to the search based on the specified two or more search parameters and set preference data. The specified service providers, which location is determined, are transmitted to the client’s computer. The selection of the specific service provider from the specified service providers, which location is determined, is received by the server from the client’s computer. Confirmation or rejection of the service request is transmitted to the computer of the selected service provider.
EFFECT: providing a possibility of customizing services, which clients need, or which they provide, due to using a matrix, which takes in account all preferences set by clients and all limits set by service providers to identify and achieve their compliance in service requests.
