FIELD: electrochemical protection of metals from corrosion.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemical protection of metals from corrosion and can be used in industry, namely: in metallurgy when rolling metal. The cathodic corrosion protection system of the rolled metal contains a cathodic protection station, with the poles of which an anode earthing device and wires for contact with the protected rolled metal are connected, while contact devices made in the form of metal or graphite brushes, metal clamps or rotating metal rollers are fixed on the rolled metal before the cast roll, after the cast roll, as well as on a transport device.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the corrosion protection system used in metal rolling.
