FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture and restoration of surfacing working bodies of tillage machines subjected to abrasive wear. A hard wear-resistant material is applied in the areas of surfacing of the working part of the sweep in the form of groups of central and lateral ellipsoid hemispheres fused into its material with a height equal to 1/4 of the length of the minor axis of the ellipse. The length of the minor axis of each of the ellipses is equal to 4/3 of the thickness of the base of the sweep, increased 2 times, and the length of the major axis of each of the ellipses is equal to the length of the minor axis of the ellipse, increased 1.17 times. The lateral ellipsoid hemispheres are applied at the same distance from each other with a gap of 3 mm. The central ellipsoid hemispheres are applied in three rows in a straight line in the direction of movement of the working surface.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of the soil-cutting parts of the sweeps and the ensured effect of self-sharpening of the working part during their operation with the formation of their toothed shape with optimal parameters, which helps to reduce resistance during tillage.
