SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to a method for analyzing the sensitivity of gram-positive bacteria to an antibacterial peptide with broth micro-dilution (BMD) in liquid medium, including the evaluation of the specified antibacterial peptide in liquid medium with the addition of animal blood serum and a reducing agent, wherein the specified antibacterial peptide is polypeptide-lysine, and the evaluation of the specified antibacterial peptide includes the determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the specified antibacterial peptide.
EFFECT: present invention provides an improved analysis by the method for broth micro-dilution (BMD) in a liquid medium, in which the transfer effect is eliminated.
