FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention constitutes a method for rooting and adaptation of shoots obtained in a culture in vitro in aseptic conditions on an agar slant. In this method including cultivation of shoots on a sterile agar medium MC with the addition of sucrose and phytohormones, followed by gradually decreasing the air humidity inside the culture tube while maintaining the sterility of the medium, rooting is conducted in test tubes on a slant agar at an angle of 30 to 40°, and adaptation of plants is conducted in the same culture tubes, open and inclined at an angle of less than 30 degrees relative to the horizontal surface.
EFFECT: invention allows accelerating the process of rooting and adaptation of shoots obtained in vitro.
