FIELD: radio communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for processing radio line failure and a related product. A terminal device starts the process of processing radio line failure in case of loss of communication in accordance with the configuration of RLC layer object, when RLC layer object reaches the maximum number of retransmission times. Embodiments of the present invention allow one to start different processes in the event of radio line failure by distinguishing different configurations of RLC layer object.
EFFECT: achieving the maximum possible degree of reduction of interruption in the operation of the radio line and timely elimination of failure, which is achieved by distinguishing different configurations of objects of the RLC layer.
