SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the production of fish dishes for functional purposes. The fish-vegetable functional product includes tilapia fillets, carrots, onions, salt, additionally contains Hercules oat flakes, zucchini, dill, pumpkin seed powder, CO2-extract of allspice, with the following ratio of initial components, wt%: tilapia fillet - 58.0; oat flakes "Hercules" - 10.0; zucchini - 9.0; carrots - 7.0; onions - 7.0; pumpkin seed powder - 5.7; dill -2.2; CO2 extract of allspice - 0.05; salt - 1.05.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the nutritional and physiological value of the product.
