SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used in production of fish and vegetable products. Disclosed is a fish-and-vegetable product containing prepared milled fish, beetroot, carrots, CO2-extracts and salt, additionally including buckwheat flour and flax seeds at the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: fish 45.0; beetroot 15.0; carrots 15.0; buckwheat flour 14.58; flax seeds 9.0; salt 1.4; spicy-smoking hydrophobic CO2-extract 0.01; CO2-extract of black pepper 0.01.
EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of organoleptic characteristics and enhancement of nutritive value of the product.
