FIELD: loading equipment.
SUBSTANCE: automated control of a loading end of a reloader for a long bottomhole using a set of sensors is claimed. The loading end of the console reloader includes at least one lifting actuator made with possibility of lifting or lowering a part of the loading end. A lifting sensor is connected to at least one lifting actuator. The lifting sensor is made with the possibility of generating an output signal of the lifting sensor. An angle sensor is made with the possibility of generating of an output signal of the angle sensor related to an angle of the loading end. A controller is connected to the lifting sensor, angle sensor and at least one lifting actuator. The controller contains a constant machine-readable bearer and a processor. The controller contains instructions performed by a computer and stored in the machine-readable bearer for control of the operation of the loading end to: receive the output signal of the lifting sensor, receive the output signal of the angle sensor, determine the longitudinal position of the loading end and the axial position of the loading end based on the output signal of the lifting sensor and the output signal of the angle sensor, and generate a control signal for one lifting actuator to regulate the position of one lifting actuator. A method for control of the loading end of the console reloader is also claimed.
EFFECT: increased automation of control of reloader positioning and increased security for an operator.
