SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer selected from a group consisting of lung cancer or pancreatic cancer is proposed, including nanoparticles encapsulating RNAi molecules, where RNAi molecules are directed against Hsp47. Methods for the delivery of active substance to a subject for the treatment of the specified cancer are proposed. The use of the specified composition for the treatment of the above-mentioned cancer is proposed. A method for the prevention, treatment or reduction in the severity of one or more symptoms of cancer selected from a group consisting of lung cancer or pancreatic cancer is proposed.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides for the suppression of proliferation of cells of lung cancer and pancreatic cancer, which leads to the treatment of lung cancer.
