FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for enzymatic synthesis α-L-difucopyranosides modified by para-nitrophenyl or propyl group, i.e. carrying out the reaction between α-L-fucosidase and fucosyilated acceptors, which are also donors, and α-L-fucosidase immobilized in a gelatin matrix with glutaraldehyde, as a donor and acceptor using para-nitrophenyl-α-L-fucopyranoside or propyl-α-L-fucopyranoside, and immobilized α-L-fucosidase is placed in column, through which a solution of the donor and acceptor is repeatedly fed in portions until the catalytic activity of α-L-fucosidase decreases, and the resulting reaction mixture containing modified α-L-difucopyranosides is taken from the column in order to monitor the yield of the target product and sent for chromatographic purification.
EFFECT: extension of the range of enzymatic synthesis methods.
