FIELD: coating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creating anisotropic nanostructured films. The invention can be used to create new elements of photonics and optoelectronics. The method for aerosol spraying of nanoparticles in a constant electric field involves depositing colloidal nanoparticles on solid substrates in a constant electric field with a strength of 105 to 108 V/m, created between the focusing grid-cathode and the heated metal base-anode. Spraying on the substrate is executed under a pressure of 1 to 10 atm with coordinate-wise scanning at a given rate and distance of the spraying nozzle - substrate with a coating area controlled thereby and a possibility of forming a thin film or a layered structure due to repeated deposition.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is control of the thickness of the produced films.
