FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiology, and can be used for differential diagnosis of tumor and inflammatory changes in the colon. A pathological process is detected using computed tomography (CT). In this case, before performing multiphase scanning, perfusion scanning is additionally carried out. Then, using a computer program, a parametric analysis of the images obtained and the calculation of quantitative values of the main indicators of perfusion in the area of interest is carried out with the construction of color parametric maps and graphs "density-time". When receiving color parametric maps of blood flow velocity and volume with a predominant red-yellow coloration of the pathological process zone, a blood flow rate of more than 65.38 ml/100 g/min, an average time of increase in the contrast agent density in the tissue of more than 2.44 units. HU/min and an average density of more than 50.52 units. HU, and the only rise in the density curve in the intestinal wall on the density-time plot, which forms immediately after the rise in the density curve in the afferent vessel, is diagnosed with tumor changes in the colon. When obtaining color parametric maps of blood flow velocity and volume with predominantly blue-green coloration of the pathological process zone, the value of the blood flow velocity indicator is less than 65.38 ml/100 g/min, the average density increase time is less than 2.44 units. HU/min, the average density is less than 50.52 units. HU, and the absence of a single rise in the density curve in the intestinal wall on the density-time plot, which forms immediately after the rise in the density curve in the afferent vessel, inflammatory changes in the colon are diagnosed.
EFFECT: method improves the accuracy of the method for differential diagnosis of tumor and inflammatory changes in the colon by determining the perfusion parameters.
