FIELD: glass production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the production of glasses used in the production of glass for household and construction purposes. The device contains a plasma-type burner. The housing is divided into three chambers: heat treatment of granular charge, glass melting and glass production, lined with refractory. The housing has partitions in the form of upper and lower thresholds. In the upper wall of the heat treatment chamber of the granular charge, two openings are made, in which a hopper with a dispenser for feeding the granular charge and a pipeline with a fan for forced supply of exhaust gases for heat treatment of the granular charge are installed. Under them there is a plastic conveyor for feeding the granular charge. In the walls of the glass melting chamber, openings are made into which a pipeline is installed for the removal of exhaust plasma-forming gases, a plasma-type burner device and a working opening is made.
EFFECT: acceleration of the glass production process.
