FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a glass charge and can be used in glass industry. After averaging and granulation, the charge is subjected to thermal treatment in a chamber with a plate conveyor by plasma-forming gases discharged from the plasma glass-working furnace at temperature of 500–600 °C for 15–20 minutes, and distance from cut of air nozzle with exhaust gases to plate conveyor with granular charge is 50–100 mm.
EFFECT: task, which solution is aimed at, consists in reduction of time of heat treatment, increase of strength of granules of glass charge, quality of charge and acceleration of technological process of heat treatment of charge.
