FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical industry, namely to the dentistry of surgical and maxillofacial surgery. Preservation of the hole of the removed tooth is performed with four-layer step-by-step filling with bone-plastic material, in which local anesthesia is performed, then the circular ligament is atraumatically separated from the tooth, after which the roots of the tooth are atraumatically removed. Next, the hole of the removed tooth is filled with a bone-plastic material, on top of which a collagen-containing material is placed, at the end of the procedure, the wound is sutured. After removing the root of the tooth with the preservation of intra-alveolar inter-root partitions, the hole and the apical part of the roots are revised, a material with an antiseptic effect is placed on top of the collagen-containing material, then a squeezed blood clot PRF is placed on top of the material with an antiseptic effect. Allomaterial is used as a bone-plastic material.
EFFECT: method, due to the four-layer step-by-step filling and the use of allomaterial as a bone-plastic material, makes it possible to maximally preserve and replenish the volume of the alveolar bone in the area of the tooth being removed while reducing the rehabilitation period.
