FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to medicine, namely to dental surgery and maxillofacial surgery. Local anesthesia is preliminarily performed, then the size of the graft is determined with application of marking, followed by dissecting a flap of a free gingival graft within the fat layer. The wound is then treated with high-voltage plasma, wherein the distal end of the high-voltage non-contact coagulator tool during exposure of the donor site thereto is located at a height of 2 to 3 mm from the area of exposure, and plasma sintering of a blood clot on the open scalped wound must be performed two more times, wherein the wound is treated with a solution prior to suturing, a healing material is applied after treatment with said solution, the wound is sutured with a continuous compression suture. A high-voltage non-contact SPRAY coagulator is therein used as a plasma generator, an aqueous sodium chloride solution is used as a solution, furacilin is used as a solution, pressed plasma - PRF fibrin clots or a collagen sponge is used as a healing material, the blood is subjected to non-contact exposure to high-temperature plasma during closure of the donor wound.

EFFECT: due to the simultaneous use of a high-voltage coagulator and a healing material such as pressed plasma - RPF fibrin clots or a collagen sponge, the method provides a possibility to reduce the intraoperative period of blood clot formation, prevent delayed bleeding from the operated area and therefore, accelerate healing of the operative donor wound.
