FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to an apparatus of a microionophoresis manipulator and method for use thereof. The apparatus includes a bearing support body with a fan, an ozone generator, and an ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic generator is mounted in a tank with a physiological current-conductive solution and is configured to transfer the solution into a vapour form. The fan embedded into the body is configured to of blow current-conductive physiological vapour onto the ozone generator creating a long-term medication depot in the vapour phase. The method includes exposing the scalp to the impact of an ozone-containing gas-air mixture. A current-conductive jet of cold vapour exiting the microionophoresis manipulator is directed to the treated area of the scalp, creating a closing electrophoresis circuit through a negative electrode fixed in the hand of the patient. The directed long-term medication depot in the vapour phase on the treated area of the scalp is used to intensify the effect of impregnation of a highly active medicinal substance to a depth from the surface of the skin over the affected area, up to the sebaceous glands and hair follicles, thereby saturating the tissues with an allotropic oxygen modification - ozone (O₃) and products of decomposition thereof - a highly active group of substances: atomic (O) and molecular (O₂) oxygen and ozonides.

EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of hair growth stimulation is achieved.
