SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. For treating acute anal fissures and long-term non-healing wounds after excision of chronic anal fissures, 0.2% nitroglycerin ointment is applied locally to the perianal skin and into the anal canal 2 times a day with 4-hour interval. Salofalk 250 mg suppositories are administered rectally 2 times a day. A suspension produced from one sachet packet of Alfasoxx 10 ml, pre-dissolved in 5 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution, is therein pre-applied to the suppository, evenly distributed over the entire surface of the suppository. The duration of treatment is 14 days.

EFFECT: method reduces the duration of treatment and increases the effectiveness of therapy by increasing the intensity of the processes of reparative regeneration of the anodermal tissues and the mucous membrane of the anal canal.
