SUBSTANCE: wound closure device is placed in a wound opening. The wound closure device contains compressible filler containing many protruding tissue fixators that are attached to the tissue around a wound border. Negative pressure is applied to the wound closure device to compress filler, causing the tissue to converge at the wound border with the help of fixators, thus contributing to the wound closure.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to effectively close wounds, reduces the need for periodic replacement of filler, increases the speed of wound healing.
